Our Instructors

Meet Juliana, our Founder.

Juliana’s passion for Pilates began with her own journey to heal and find balance. A qualified physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience, she’s dedicated to sharing the life-changing power of movement. She created 4You Pilates to be a place of genuine care and support for every client.

Our Story

Juliana, the founder of 4You Pilates, knows what it feels like to live with pain and limited movement.
She trained as a physiotherapist in Brazil and worked in hospitals, but her own back pain and scoliosis made daily life a struggle.

When she discovered Pilates, everything changed. Through consistent practice she regained her mobility, reduced her pain, and found confidence in her body again. This personal transformation inspired her to specialise in Pilates and share its benefits with others.

After working in studios in Brazil and Melbourne, Juliana opened 4You Pilates with a clear purpose: to help people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free lives.

Clinical Style

Traditional Style

Mix – Reformer/Mat

Barre Pilates
