JULIANA
Juliana is our 4you Pilates founder, she began her journey to Pilates as a qualified physiotherapist in her home country of Brazil. After start her journey as a Pilates instructor in 2009 She witnessed the power of helping people take a proactive approach to their strength and mobility, and she’s never looked back!
She has a warm personality and always leaves her clients feeling cared for, strong and motivated after their sessions. She loves the variety of teaching Pilates to a diverse range of clients with a broad range of needs and goals.
Juliana’s qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science – Physiotherapy
- Post-graduate diploma – Physio Cardio-respiratory
- Post-graduated diploma - Fully qualified Pilates instructor
Our Story
At 4You Pilates, we believe in the power of Pilates to transform lives. Our founder, Juliana, is a Physiotherapist graduated in her home town, Brazil. She used to work in the Hospital and was feeling incomplete with the work when she found a Pilates course and had her life changed for ever. She used to struggle a lot with back pains and lack of mobility regardless to her Scoliosis and conditions of work. After practicing pilates she became a pain free and mobility reestablished, a Life change. After years working on different studios in Brazil and Melbourne she was inspired to open her own Studio and started 4You Pilates to help people live pain-free lives.
